Terje Nergård Nilssen

Born 10th October 1987 in Harstad, Norway

​

My passion for landscape photography began in 2013 when I studied at the university in Steinkjer. While

studying there, I bought my first camera, a Canon EOS 100D. After realizing how passionate I was about

photography, I decided to invest in a full frame Canon 6D six months later.

 

During the beginning of my photography journey, I was taking pictures of basically anything. I hadn’t tried to

learn a specific genre and develop my own niche until I moved to Svalbard. From there, my passion for

landscape/nature photography grew immensely and brought me to where I am today, currently living in the

Lofoten Islands of Norway.
